Various bugfixes and improvements

• In the draggable grid, forward the correct container ref to the camera player components
• Fix jsmpeg birdseye layout
• Change motion timeline background color to better indicate when no motion was found
• Prevent y-scrollbar appearance on draggable grid from causing a constant recalc of the available width
• Prevent draggable grid items from being resized beyond aspect ratio when dragging to full width
• Better remind user to restart to apply changes when editing masks/zones
• Revert requires_restart for zone/mask config updating now that ffprobe logic is introduced for runtime config
