Also included in this is a makefile. I'm learning how makefiles work and I am trying an idea to provide a makefile for Herbie to help a person install Herbie if they have cloned it. The Herbie makefile is pretty basic, but if a person clones Herbie they can now do |

I added the URMA product and more RTMA domains. Also added a quick look at how the RTMA and URMA differs for the same valid time.
