Use this to build CDC-X, Dwyco desktop client. It is a Qt4 program.
WARNING: CDC-X must be built with VS2008 for Windows. I attempted to port Qt4.8.7 to VS2015, and it worked, except there were a variety of small infuriating UI items that didn't work reliably (like right-clicking.)
