First release for general consumption

This is the first release that combines updated features for both the TDT and Arduino branches. The compromise is that we have removed all neurophysiology support from this branch and have put it into a separate branch (neurophysiology-and-behavior) that is based on a much older version of the codebase.

If you only want to do behavioral experiments this is the release to use, since it is totally up to date, has the richest feature set, and is the best documented.
