Customize Blink appearance #86

The user must be able to customize Blink's appearance by selecting from a set of predefined themes and fonts. We will also offer the option to enable / disable the cursor's blink

Related to #2 and #33.

This is the one big feature (specifically, having dark text on light background) that I'm waiting for before bringing Blink into "production use"

Blink is fully configurable, but there will be a set of themes "by default"
and others you can "install". I plan to run a survey on what to include by
default, but let me know now if you would like something included from the
start, as we contributors should get some treats!

By install I mean you would be able to download a CSS from wherever you
want. We share the same term as HTerm and HyperTerm, so hope that together
we can create some community :)
