Fixed footer not showing after transition

Hi guys and girls,

Im using this plugin, and it work´s nearly flawlessly... Except for my fixed footer.
When ever the page transitions, the footer wont show, only after resizing the window will it show.

This only happens in Chrome(Mac), Firefox and safari are just fine.
