Changes Included in the Commit:

Added Control to Neural Network Search using max_neural_search argument in train function along with flexibility to specify number of epochs in the same function.
Updated parameter configuration of tree based ensemble model causing longer execution time.
Removed parallel execution of optuna hyperparameter tuning process.
Updated progress bar to consider sub process such as metrics and prediction results
