## running in dev mode
open a few terminal windows from .../pubquiz root

1. client

npm install
cd src
npm start

2. oracle

cd oracle
node(mon) api.js

3. truffle
truffle develop
> migrate --reset

4. ipfs

(sudo) ipfs daemon
