Celo is using Blockscout as a block explorer to visualize the Celo blockchain. We absolutely love blockscout. One thing we noticed is that the Prometheus metrics exposed can be incredibly noisy. Especially phoenix_channel_receive_duration_microseconds_bucket and phoenix_channel_join_duration_microseconds_bucket. Constraining/aggregating the topics would go a long way. We are no elixir experts, but that seems doable?

Steps to reproduce

See https://blockscout.com/eth/mainnet/metrics

Expected behaviour

It should not be this noisy

Actual behaviour

It is noisy
