Motivation

Display icons for tokens in token views

Changelog

DISPLAY_TOKEN_ICONS - new env variable to enable token icons
CHAIN_ID env var or foreign_chain_id property for bridged tokens are used to define a proper chain folder in the Trustwallet repo https://github.com/trustwallet/assets.
