Some complements need header prop to set heading level for accessibility #2191

Some component would benefit from having a prop for H tag. This would allow us to set the header level based on context to meet accessibility needs.

Heading - See this as an example

Components

Priority templates that need updates
Singe Listing page Image card should be H1
Short form application progress nav header should be H1
Sign in and Create account form card should have h1

Lower Priority templates that need updates
Homepage action blocks should be H2
Dashboard with multiple dash blocks should have screen reader only H1
Settings and Application dash blocks should have an H1
