Beta Release of v3.0.8-beta

This is a beta release of Ricochet-Refresh with newly added file transfer functionality. Users may now send files to each other by right clicking on a contact in your contact list and selecting "Send File..."

Alpha Release of v3.0.0-alpha

This is an alpha release of the updated Ricochet Refresh with developments providing V3 Onion Services compatibility. Please note this is an alpha release and may contains bugs.
