Note that the spatial data underlying these analyses are derived from range maps produced by Birdlife International (https://www.birdlife.org/) and cannot be included here due to licensing restrictions. The phylogenies underlying these analyses are available at Birdtree.org (https://birdtree.org/). The GADM dataset (https://gadm.org/) is also used in these analyses.
