简略的描述你的问题。

页面上用到标签相关的版块，加载后页面会滚动到web标签位置（比如bmchart）

估计是web标签加载外部网页时，获取焦点后，滚动到web标签位置。

应该是 weex 中 web 标签的问题，需要官方来进行修复
