This PR is related to a few different pivotal stories.

  • For admin, the SSR status was not being updated in the email.
  • Both Service Providers and Admin now receive an email when an SSR is completely deleted out of the shopping cart.
  • Service Providers were receiving emails where the SRID table listed all the SSR's that were associated with that specific Service Provider even if they hadn't modified these SSR's. Now emails only display the SSR that has been modified or added.
