This is created using Xcode 11 beta on macOS Catalina Beta. I've tested this PR in Xcode itself (no issues reported by it).
I don't mind if its not merged until public release of both macOS and Xcode updates. After all it's just a base work for Swift Package Manager (R.I.P CocoaPods and Carthage).
TODO:
Moya-RxSwift-ObjectMapperandMoya-ReactiveSwift-ObjectMapperdon't sound very good to me but I had no other ideas.
