Request for clarification of Filter.java license #944

I might have overlooked the obvious but how did you actually fix this issue? https://github.com/bndtools/bnd/blob/master/aQute.libg/src/aQute/lib/filter/Filter.java Filter.java still contains the same license header and there were also no updates to the documentation or the README. Could you point me to the relevant commit? Thanks |

Thank you for the clarification. |

Hello,
I am currently in the process of packaging an update of bnd for Debian. I discovered that
https://github.com/bndtools/bnd/blob/master/aQute.libg/src/aQute/lib/filter/Filter.java
contains a license header from Gatespace which grants all rights only to OSGi but not to everyone else which is a requirement for being a free and open-source license. I assume that OSGi sublicensed this class under a free (possibly Apache-2.0) license but I can't find any information about it.
Could you please clarify the license status of the Filter.java file?
