Rename master workflow to main

[Razican]

Since we don't use the "master" branch anymore, and the "master.yml" workflow already talks about the "main" branch, this renames the file for consistency.

It changes the following:

• The master.yml file is renamed to main.yml

Hopefully this shouldn't have any impact.
