BayesExpress is a collection of tutorial documents and software for performing Bayesian analyses of gene expression, including differential isoform expression with replicates.
The data sources used for this project are listed here. They are not checked into GitHub because of their large size.
This project uses GRCh38 of the Reference Sequence Database
Transcripts (RefSeq Transcripts) distributed by the U.S.
National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI). The
RefSeq Transcripts data can be downloaded in Fasta format from the
