The myplugins.php routines currenty uses class-wp-org-downloads.php from play.
This routine has been improved for wp-top12.
Ensure that myplugins still works.
i.e. That the get_download and get_download_count methods still work.

We now load class-wp-org-downloads.php from the libs folder.
