Auto-correct the github shortcode type parameter #3

When creating [github] shortcodes I can't remember whether or not the link should be issue #3 or issues #3.

Proposed solution

Perform some basic sanitation & auto-correcting of the type parameter so that
both of the following will work

[github bobbingwide oik-bob-bing-wide Issue 3]
[github bobbingwide oik-bob-bing-wide issues 3]

Maybe even lower case everything.
