Apparently it's not needed and has been copied & pasted from type to type.
SSSD won't start if there are no domains defined however that's better than generating a Ruby error. Hard to test as it relies on the datacat module so the bug only rears at apply time. Fixes #8
Adding support for socket activation potentially requires an empty `services =` setting.
Puppet 4.6.x and 4.7.x have a slightly different error message.
