Volna v0.8b Sending midiCC's

This is an early alpha release for volna so there are some rough edges.This release adds the possibility to use Volna as a midi controller! You can use it to control your DAW or whatever. This version sends polyphonic midi aftertouch when you change the pressure applied as well as midi cc's 1 to 10 when you slide your finger up or down. If you are brave enough to try this, I would appreciate your feedback here on github. So don't hesitate to open up an issue. However I cannot promise a prompt response, because this is a hobby of mine, released as open source software, and is provided as is without any warranty of any kind. So If this release does something bad to your phone or tablet don't blame me. Proceed at your own risk.
