ML-решение кейса Окружного хакатона Цифровой прорыв 2023 (ПФО). Задачей было прогнозирование происшествий (ДТП, разрыв труб, пожары) на основе прогноза погоды по каждому из городских округов. Градиентный бустинг (macro f1), кроссвалидация, shap values.
