Currently there are two definitions for pages in Bolt:

  1. Physical pages - these are fixed-sized blocks based on DB.pageSize.
  2. Logical pages - these span across multiple physical pages using page.overflow.

The overloading of the term "page" makes it difficult to explain to people what's going on in Bolt. A better choice of terms would be "blocks" for physical pages and "pages" for logical pages.

I started to go through and rename but it actually made it more confusing.
