A few of the data files are two big for GitHub. They can be accessed here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ducwzz38e5vdjbh/AACjIPcWOTQ_bWAbIBXoRIIoa?dl=0, and will be moved to an permanent archive when the manuscript is published. Download them and add to the data directory to run all of the code.
