Various Menu Editor Tweaks #9

Not sure if this is helpful, but here are a bunch of smaller usability tweaks I noticed that could improve the usability of the menu editor:

Menu list

Should be able to rename menu by double clicking it's title

Menu editor

Double clicking text element should allow you to edit it
Add keyboard shortcuts for Cut/Copy/Paste
Duplicate item with Ctrl D (same shortcut as inkscape / gimp)

Menu Editor - Keyboard shortcuts

Move currently selected item with cursor keys
Select next item on canvas with tab
Select previous item on canvas with shift-tab
