I completed the documentation by undocumented commands in
README.MDand created new commands likehelpto output all commands. New commandmoderator_helpthat output commands for moderators and new commandadvanced_helpthat output undocumented commands and documented commands with a more detailed description than inmoderator_helpandhelp.
