Unless you've set yourself up for local https already, local https doesn't offer much for a new developer and lengthens the setup process. The admin key is also output on the command line and could be easily missed by someone who's pasted the commands.
reasoning: people may blow past this and it's helpful to have something they can see explaining why they got an error and how to fix it.

Argh. Looks like this also includes some docs from a different PR with developer documentation. Hope it isn't controversial and is ok to merge in. |

@mouse-reeve I hope you don't mind that I used your profile url as the example. You're kind of the Myspace Tom here, so it seemed like the best example. I'm very open to other ways of demonstrating the RSS urls.
