Invitation email filters should receive all data about invitation

I want to write a tool for a client that customizes the text of outgoing invitation emails based on the groups attached to the invitation. There are filters for the email parts (invite_anyone_invitation_message, etc) but they don't receive enough data to do the necessary customization.
