The installation takes time and fails often (https://travis-ci.org/boostorg/signals2/jobs/542405347), and nobody seems to be using it; we have UBSAN, valgrind, and Coverity Scan on the builds. I think we should disable the cppcheck build and update the template to remove it as a job.
