Can we please avoid these repetitions of name and flag? I guess we need a new B2_FLAGS to pass arbitrary flags as e.g. currently B2_CXXFLAGS is abused to pass flags to b2 like ASAN.

@pdimov uses ${LINKFLAGS:+linkflags=$LINKFLAGS} and ${VISIBILITY:+visibility=$VISIBILITY} which I find pretty neat :)
