Cannot download anything in from https://dl.bintray.com/boostorg/ #384

As #299 is addressing this issue, I cannot download anything under https://dl.bintray.com/boostorg/ but the folders are getting opened. I need to download the boost now! I think you need to increase your bandwidth ;)

Dup of #383. The issue is due to overuse of the monthly bandwidth allowance, wait until 1st of April.

We hit this issue frequently also due to the fact people are being dumb with their CI configurations and build systems.
