Allow post_parent to be chosen from the Administration #35

When creating posts that are from a post_type that is hierarchical the post_parent field should appear to the user and let him choose from which this value will be randomized.

Note: This option still misses when you have more then one hierarchical post type it could assign a child post from another post_type. ( I will create an issue about that and post here )
