Make sure yeoman is installed
$ yarn global add yoThen install the generator
$ yarn global add generator-create-dotgithubThen navigate to the root directory and run the following command to generate source
$ yo create-dotgithubThis scaffolds out

│ └── workflows
│ └── generated-workflow.yml
