When selecting rows, if you go from one to none or none to one, the "X rows selected" header appears/disappears, causing the rows to shift up or down on the page. This can cause the selected row to no longer be under the mouse, which was a little awkward from a UX perspective.
I added a config option to always show that header so the rows remain at a constant position while checking/unchecking.
