It will help the user in improving their mood or help them in feeling calm. After the user has finished one relaxation technique they will be asked if they like the relaxation exercise or not. And if they like would they like to make this relaxation exercise their favorite and they will start doing their favorite relaxation exercise after the end of every check-in.
