Hi,
can you please review commit to run tests from source and introduce integration tests wtih bbin. It addresses the issue with the MS-windows build failing to boostrap in the first test introduction on #5.
I took the opportunity to separate running the actual tests from source directly (using bb) from bbin (categorised as integration).
