[BUG] debug logs in admins debugger not working

Describe the bug
Since 12.26.9, it's impossible to edit debug logs options in the admin's debugging panel. This is probably related to the move of the admin's UI into its own package. In contrast, the feature works properly in the studio.

Expected behavior
We should have the same behavior we have in the studio in the admin.

Additional context
It affects any version higher than 12.26.8
