[BUG] Z-Index issue when trying to translate Q&A

Z-Index issue when i'am trying to change language in Q&A
I can't change language and translate my Q&A

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Q&A
2. Click on 'Translate'
3. Try to select the first language
4. You can't click on the first language since the first question is taking the focus

Expected behavior
Translation menu should take the focus
