Topic: Build out a Re-useable Tabs Component in React

Objectives:

Utilize parent and child components to manage tabular data
Integrate React Router for tabs connected to the route path
Implement useState hooks to keep track of active tab state for tabs that don’t utilize react router
Combine both route and state based tabs to render a re-useable Tab component
