Description of changes:

• Rebuild the control container image to pick up updates in Amazon Linux 2
• Pull the latest SSM Agent - upgrade to 3.3.418.0.

Testing done:

• lscpu detects number of socket: PASSED
• Verify Bottlerocket release file is valid: PASSED
• Enable admin container via script: PASSED
• Verify access to APIclient: PASSED
• Bottlerocket package inventory is read-only: PASSED
• Bottlerocket package inventory is valid JSON: PASSED
• These tests were done on variants: aws-k8s-1.25 (cgroups v1), variant=aws-k8s-1.28, variant=aws-k8s-1.29
