Nothing terribly special:

  • I moved ncurses to the new minor version 6.2 and got rid of the extra revision identifier, and updated the patches from Fedora.
  • libxcrypt changed the name of its build script.
  • libcap added a new header file; I just changed it to a *.h
  • iproute updated to 5.4 to match kernel.
  • A bunch of normal bumps.

Fixes #814.

Testing done:

Launched an AMI, system running, ran a pod OK. I didn't see anything scary in the journal, though I think we need to do a pass as a team to understand and clean up existing warnings/errors.
