Discussion

• We talked about the last lecture because we thought that having something was not precise. This caused us to wobble about GitHub and Homework 1. To overcome this, we took some decisions to make our repository more clear;

  • Do not choose common favorite repository, everybody will choose his/her own favorite repository/repositories. This must be done and added to GitHub until 14th of February, 23:59.
  • Everybody will revise his/her personal wiki page. This must be done until 14th of February, 23:59.
  • Abdurrahman Dilmaç will revise the last meeting notes (Meeting #1) until 15th of February, 23:59.

• We determined exact communication platform that will be used regularly. Those are Slack and GitHub 's own project system. To do this, Mert Aközcan opened a group project page.

• We determined the exact meeting date but it can be tentative if any serious thing happen.

  • Date & Time: Each Monday, at 12:00.
  • Location: Boğaziçi University, North Campus, Computer Engineering Building, Student Lounge
  • There will also be a Skype Slot on Thursday evenings.(Tentatively at 21:00)

• We discussed about Homework 2. To do this, before, all attendees re-read the project description, lecture notes and communication plan. We finished the first part of the Homework 2; that is to say, part A. That is communication plan:

  • Everyone attends the meetings. (If there is nothing very serious.)
  • Meetings are on the Student Lounge.
  • Meeting date & time are every Monday, at 12:00.
  • In meetings, we talk about what we did last week, what we will do this week until next lecture, and also what we do about project and lectures in the long term.

• We all re-read the lecture notes about requirements for part B in Homework 2.

Decisions Taken

• Agenda will be determined before the meetings.
• Personal work deadlines will be more strict.
• We will create a plan about requirements and share the parts between all participants in the group. (We love solidarity!)
• A meeting will be arranged with our project assistant who is Meriç Turan.
• A Skype Meeting will be done on 14th of February, 21:00.
