Manim is a powerful tool written in Python for creating mathematical animations. What was a side project of Grant Sanderson, creator of the popular YouTube channel 3b1b, has now become a popular visualization engine among people who are excited to share their mathematical knowledge to help others understand the concepts better.

README page contains a lot of useful external links. It also includes detailed instructions about installation process for different platforms. Also, a quick guide to command line arguments can be found there.

Community support is great, with over 140+ contributors.

It has a great documentation website including extensive example gallery showcasing the power of manim at a glance. Wiki page shows quick tips on fundamental building blocks of manim.

Although the repository has 1000+ issues that are created for many different reasons, the labels are insufficient. Also, most of the issues do not have a label.
