Travis has finally added a
namekey for jobs, which is very useful as it started just displaying the sameCONFIGURE_OPTIONSfor each job.Also fix a couple of other minor Travis problems as reported by their build config validator.
At some point we should also upgrade to using bionic and maybe keep one job on xenial
