We're generating consistent tars now and setting xattrs when the files have them. We still aren't setting these on the filesystem during unpack, however. Additionally, time, directory, and symlink semantics in pack were changed. This gets overmount's summing routines doing what they expect, and docker images created with tarutil now load into the docker engine appropriately. They are still not 1:1 layer compatible yet.
