Python 2.6 and 3.3 are EOL (since 2013-10-29 and 2017-09-29 respectively) and no longer receiving security updates (or any updates) from the core Python team.
Pytest also dropped support in 3.3.0 (2017-11-23):
This PR removes support for them, fixes Travis CI, and upgrades some code to make use of more modern Python features.
