Our team are looking for a JS library that is component-based and modular. T3JS seems to fit this bill, however I'm wondering if it can support IE8? IF it does, what version should we be using?

We will not be supporting IE8 in future versions of T3 because Box has officially dropped support for the browser (and Microsoft too!). If you still wish to use T3 JS, I would recommend the t3-jquery version since it is the most backwards compatible.
