Keep ratio when stopping simple-torrent #97

It looks like Simple-torrent is losing my ratio information (upload and download byte count) when restarting. Is it normal ?

If yes, could it be persistent ?
If no, why is this data lost ?

Yes. Because the transferring statistic data is not stored.
